What is the icon called when you add a site as a favourite and people have their own logo?

How would one go about producing this – so when someone adds your site as a favourite- your logo is shown?

Also just note that after you add a favicon it can take a few days or longer for it to appear.

Hi Jaynee

You've answered a question that I have been thinking about for a while also. Does the line of code that is mentioned on the Practical PC site that starts <LINK REL have to go in the <head> section of the page?
