SONJA Is a beginner here at D-A-L
Media Tools Greyed Out
I Need To Erase A Travan 10/20gb Tape But My Media Tools On The Tools Menu Is Greyed Out, How Can I Erase This Tape? We Had To Send Our Backup Dive In For Repairs, They Changed The Motor And Now It Does Not Recognise My Backup Medias.

Just to clarify:

What program are we talking about that has My media tools on the Tools Menu greyed out?

What does not recognise your Backup Medias? Are you saying that your computer does not recognise this drive?
