Unhappy Partitioning prob can any one help

Hi I am trying to instal windows 98 i need to partition the disk when i try FDISK I GET THE REPLY no fdisk present dose any one know how i sort this out[/FONT]

Are you sure about the error?

Does fdisk run and then you get "No fixed (or hard) disks present"

or,

fdisk doesn't run because of something like "File not found - fdisk"?

Are you using a 98 floppy bootdisk?

Are you installing 98FE or 98SE?

What size (MB or GB) is the hard disk you want to partition?
