i need major help plz im 15

hi im tyler and i recenly got sometime of thing on my toolbar it is a red circle with a white x going through it it says "your computer is infected" i cant click on it nor do i know how to delete it so plz any advise on how to delete it would b apreciated so much post a meesage or email me at tylerhensley2@hotmail.com keep in mind im 15 and not the most technological guy and i dont want to do anything that could get me in troble with my paranets like rbbotig my computer or setting back the date


my computer is a windows98 and i dont think we have added any updates and when i hit Ctrl alt delte i dont get a task manager plz help as soon as possible thank you
