CMOS settings wrong on laptop

Hi
I have an older laptop that is a Winbook XL, I believe it has Windows 95 operating system on it. When I turn it on it gives a message that says: CMOS settings wrong; CMOS display type wrong; Run setup; Press F1 to resume

How can I correct this?

Reset your CMOS, remove the battery for 10 mins then replace.... actually If it's an old PC get a new battery.
