PCI Ethernet Controller

I have just reformatted my computer, and cannot connect to the internet, so I checked the Device Manager, and there is an error with my PCI Ethernet Controller. It says there is a problem with the drivers, and I can't seem to find the CD which would have those drivers on it. Help?
