My daughters pc wont load!!!

Just loads onto a screen which says different options e.g load normal, safe mode, step by step comfimation,but prob is no matter which i pick it just goes onto a blank screen with a line on it and stays like that!!! anyone out there who can help? Laura x

What is the make and model of the computer?

Do you have Recovery disks? A ME disk?

its a tiny pc, i have the reboot stuff somewhere but i have picture sof my son on the pc i dont want to lose! Laura.

You can slave the drive in another computer in order to extract any data and pictures in a worse case scenario.

But also many CD's have a Non-Destructive as well as Destructive Recovery option.

The Non-Destructive would not remove your data. Also the CD might have access to the Recovery Console which will have simpler tools to try and boot the computer.

If you cannot get into any Safe Mode option then you will need your disk.

Once you boot the disk you should see your options and we can help further.
