Need help with online diagnostic and repair kits online

My conmputer is preinstalled with windows me. I do not have a recovery disc available. It seems I have alot of dll file errors, i tried to download a program to help fix these windows errors but now I have more problems. It seems I cannot even open any programs on my system now. I tried to uninstall the progrmas I downloaded to fix my problems and it won't let me. Now it seems I can do no downloading at all!!!!!!!!!!

What is the make and model of the computer?

Did they not provide recovery disks?

Can you get into Safe Mode?

You could try a System Restore as seen here:

Pick a date prior to the software you installed.
