Question,
Will Windows ME OS support 160 GB HD or will I have to Partition the Drive?

In general there is a 137GB limit pre XP SP1. This is defined here:

There may also be a limit in your BIOS.

I have never used ME but I also see it noted that ME can only read a single partition.
