Window ME

This is actually a problem I'm trying to help my sister with. She installed a net Zero for internet access. The problem is this when she clicked the Internet Explorere E to connect to the internet, the page said it couldn't be displayed and it clicked and the page jumped.
the error in the address bar was as follows...... shdoclcdll dnerror. I have no idea what that is or how to fix it. PLEASE HELP. If she cannot get on the internet how can it be fixed??

IE Fix

Open Notepad then

Copy the Text below into the blank document then

Save the file as IEfix2.cmd (save as type "all files").

Save to your Desktop then Run the IEfix2.cmd file. Double click it.

Restart your machine.

One thing to remember is that the internet today doesn't work to well with older versions of windows. I recommend that you install IE 6 SP 1 if you haven't already done so.
