what does that mean. am i missing a file???? if so how do i replace it or repair it
What were you attempting to do when you got this error message? There are allot of different things that can cause this but without more information it will be very difficult for us to help you resolve this.
i wasnt tryin nething to delete it i downloaded sumthin that had a lot of adware but uninstalled it could that be it did i delete that folder along wit the adware
I need to know exactly what you were attempting to do when you got this error message. Were you trying to access the control panel? Were you trying to open a particular program? What exactly were you doing when you got this error message?
I am also having this problem. when i try and open image files and when I try and access the control panel among other things (when logging onto email sometimes) it causes an error and closes as a result of this file not being found.
