butchpv350 Is a beginner here at D-A-L

started having problem with hp scanner, tried to reload software but setup. exe says that it has to be ran as an admin. went to file right click "run as admin." but get the same message.

this whole problem my be a virus when i run avg scan i get a message that says file:user32.dll - result/infection: change - path:c:\windows\system32\user32.dll. it seems sence i first got this message that i can not do any thing to the programs .

if there is anyone out there that can help,

As a first response try the following:

Please read THIS and after completing the steps outlined post a HijackThis log over in that section along with a brief description of your problem.

Do not post HijackThis logs in this section please.

After they give you an all clear come back to this thread if the problem persists.
