Unhappy Blue Screen Of Death.....Please Help!!

I've just recently been getting regular BSOD events! I have an ASUS laptop with 2 gig ram. I have removed the ASUS online update program as that was eating ram!!! I get the Blue Screen up for about 10 seconds the the system restarts OK. I then get the following info in a window;

OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 2057

Additional information about the problem:

BCP1: 00000000
BCP2: 00000002
BCP3: 00000000

OS Version: 6_0_6000
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:

Re: Blue Screen Of Death.....Please Help!!

Hi there, sorry for the delay but when I go into the minidump file and attempt to open the dump logs say access denied!! and also I cannot copy any to paste across. I have tried to follow some instructions ref using Debugging tools for Windows in the command prompt but again it will not bring up any of the files saying I don't have access?! Is there anything you can sugest that may rectify this problem

This also might be necessary:

The Folder Options can now be found by clicking on the Organize menu on the left hand side of the window.

The Show hidden files and folders option is in the same place as Windows XP, in the View tab.
