So So So Stuck

Lately i've been letting my sister use my computer until hers is fixed, but i logged on two days ago and found that a program called AoA DVD Ripper had been installed. I went to the add/change programmes list but it came up with an error box, no matter what i did. it wouldnt even delete or uninstall when i found it in the program files. i've tried everything, even downloading a cleaner but when i tried that, amongst other cleaner downloads, it came up with an error box every time. I'm really stuck!! Can anyone help?

I’ll keep using Linux until they pry it from my cold dead fingers.

Another option would be to reinstall it over the top, and try to uninstall it again.
