Unhappy config.nt is missing
my config.nt was missing while i'm installing the scanner software. anybody can help me?

What is the verbatim error message?

Is this error only related to the scanner install?

What is the exact make and model of the scanner?

What version of Vista including service pack?

Does the computer work ok otherwise?
