When I go through the regular shut down process it just does a reboot. The only thing I can think of is I changed a setting in my command prompt to help resolve a issue i have with losing my network/internet connection every once in a while. I got a tip on that from another post and i was told to try this>>>>>
Vista Auto-Tuning. Well my losing connection is resolved after this. It's been months since I set this I only hibernate and reboot my laptop. But I went to shut it down recently and noticed it won't, it will only reboot. So an chance what I did to resolve my network/internet connection has cause this.
