Adobe Flash Player

hi
I have recently had to download Adobe Flash Player plug in so that i can use EA Download Manager, i had to download it through mozilla firefox and it installed the only problem its that EADM still says i need it but it is in my programs folder in control panel, i have noticed that it has a small red cross at the top right of the icon.

I have been intouch with EA and have tried all sorts of install and reinstall, shutting down background programs and even to removing EADM from the pc manually.

Have you guys got any ideas, im using Adope Flash Plyer ver 9.0.124.0 and EADM ver 4.0.0.395, Security is Norton 2008,

Thanks

Gary

Re: Adobe Flash Player

Try disabling Norton and try it out. It's worth a shot. I have heard Norton can cause some problems.
