Windows Defender, Validation & Update Problems - Error Code 80244019

Hi everyone,

Normally I try solving stuff on my own, but this has been bugging me for weeks now.
My Windows Defender says it wants to update. There is a warning shield and a defender sign with an exclamation mark.
When I try updating Windows Defender, I get an error code : 80244019

I tried reinstalling, but when I get to the validation page, nothing happens. No message, no pop-ups, very strange. Manually it doesnt work either; I can't download, my browser says something like "this page cannot be found"

I searched with "Search & Destroy" and found a Trojan! So I removed it and hoped everything would be just fine, but it isn't.
I also tried using CCleaner. Doesnt work.

Can someone please try helping me? I don't know what to do next.
