msparling Is a beginner here at D-A-L
Hardware

Has to do with the dvd drive ""Windows cannot start this hardware device because it's configuration information(in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. Can anyone help me out?

Have you tried uninstalling the drive and drivers, then reinstalling it?
