Hijack This logs

Hiya, I couldn't see an obvious place to put this, and I'm a little pressed for time right now! Anyway, If anyone can help, or redirect me to help, this would be much appreciated. I'm on my brothers PC, and he's messed it up badly with spyware, adware and virus's. I've run adaware, spybot search and destroy, and as many free virus scans (both interenet and local) as I can find, and removed loads and loads of stuff, including over 40 virus's.

He's got MySearch, and probably 1 million other tool bars and plug-ins.
