Backing Up Favourites XP
Hi Guys I'm a bit of a novice with this but I want to reformat my HD and I would like to know is there a way of backing up my favourites list on my browser.. which includes this site ??

I would also like to backup my email settings IE folders accounts etc !

have you tried using the files and system transfer wizard you can save these to disk you can find this by going to start/accesories/system tools/files and settings transfer wizard HOPE THIS HELPS IF YOU NEED ANY MORE HELP PLEASE COME BACK TO US

saving your favourites is simple, *for me* ( and probably for you aswell ) find this folder C:\Documents and Settings\-\Favorites , and just save it onto a cd or floppy etc and then copy it back onto your pc after youv formatted

Open Internet Explorer, click File and then follow the instructions below. Once you have them saved to My Documents simply copy to a floppy disk or burn to CD. HTH
