Hello folks, A computer at work has a problem. When i turn it on, i get a message about Windows being unable to start because the following file is missing or corrupt ;- System32\hal.dll. I have a recovery disk but it seems this is only used to erase my hard drive. I cannot afford to lose the files on the computer. Has anyone got any advice because i'm useless when it comes to things like this.
