About:Blank resets my homepage

I am very computer illiterate so be gentle. I have tried everythying and somehow ended up here. I cannot get rid of this About:blank on my homepage. I reset, reset and reset and it still comes back. I have run Spybot, Adaware and even ran cwsshredder and it still is on my computer. I downloaded hijackthis and here is the log that it gave me.
