Control Panel - Regional Settings. It should be sufficient to click the
Customise button next to English (United States). On the next page at
the bottom, Measurement system has the choice of US or Metric
(hit Apply after the change). Be logged on as an Administrator user,
and you *may* need to restart the machine after changing.
