Windows Installer

I've had a problem for a while on my pc.
every time I start up the pc, or disconnect from the internet, windows installer comes up and tries to install dell picture studio and dell image expert. It comes up 3 times when I start up. I can just press cancel to get rid of it but it takes time to load and Its really starting to get annoying. I've tried letting it install but it can't find the files. I don't particularly want these programs so is there any way of stopping this from popping up?


Edit: Ok I've found another thread that may help me.

Maybe that crappy M$ installer is stuck in a loop. Happens sometimes for no reason.
first thing to try is the Installer Cleanup utility.
