Autoplay pop-up window

I, too, have seen this problem & still have no solution. I've seen this Autoplay window (which is a true msg coming from Windows XP OS) come up on a pc running WinXP SP2. This pc has a fresh copy of WinXP installed on it, so I'm 99% sure there's no spyware or viruses on it. The window comes up randomly and won't go away. There is no cd in the drive when this appears, nor are there any devices being attached, so there's no reason why this should appear. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Can u run the following tool and have it "detect" corrupt autoplay handlers and pst back the log ?
