My computer is slow with a memory leak what is a fast free fix?

My computer is slow with some type of memory leak when on the internet, I have a 3.0 connection, and i wait forever online, what is the fast free fix?

Has this problem only just started happening?
Are you saying that it takes ages to load a webpage?
Are you getting any error messages?
