Lag

I was wondering why some of my open windows like AOL Instant messanger windows lag when I try to scroll them around. Any help would be great. THank you

Most of such settings are found by right clicking My Computer

Then click Properties then Advanced | Performance | Settings | Visual Effects

Adjust for Best Performance would be one try.

Is this a new problem? Were things OK before?

Do you mean trying to move a window leaves like a trail on the screen?

I find this happens occasionally depending on the program & whatever else is going on.

The above setting for best performance may help.
