Bios Update

Does anyone know how to update the BIOS with out a floppy drive (one of the pins is missing on my motherboard so the floppy does not work).
I have a problem of the computer freezing and i know the BIOS needs updating to fix this as i have had this before on another computer after a reinstall.

Many are able to be burned as an ISO image to a CD.
