everything freezes when accesing My Pictures folder

Help

When clicking on MY Pictures icon the folder appears and whithin seconds the windows explorer notice pops up to say that it has encountered a problem and has to shut down. I clicked on sending an error report and the reply was i probably had a virus TrojanDownloader:Win32/Purstiu.A, however ihave scanned with Kaspersky+AVG+SE Adaware+spybot search and destroy+spyware doctor .
Any suggestions on how to remedy this

Thankyou for your help, tried stinger found nothing the microsoft programme i have already tried. The reason for posting here is that possibly it was an XP Problem as I have completed alot of antivirus etc. Will post a hijack log in new thread .
