Baz Is a beginner here at D-A-L
help!

C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt.
the system is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft windows will reminate application.
I am trying to run a disquette to install a computer course softaware but windows will not allow it.
I have tried the set up disk that came with the computer, but windows says it can not find it......any ideas?

I just did as you said
there is an improvement with the 2nd option only, but the screen flickers briefly and closes again, unable to open the program

Hmmm that usually works, try running the program in Compatibility Mode

I think I have found the solution. I have got a manual where it says that certain software plays fine on FAT32, but will not on NTFS......So I have to make a partition with XP and 98.
The diskette I was trying to read is part of this manual and it has to be inserted before rebooting the system to be able to read it.........It's a DOS diskette.
