dell media experience opens everytime

Whenever I turn my pc on Dell media experince opens up, i have never used this and wish to be able to stop it, primarly to save a bit of time.

Could someone please tell me how i go about this.

Can i set my pc up so internet explorer automatically opens when i turn my pc on?

Since its the only thing I ever use.

Go to Start/Run/ msconfig | Startup

Look for Dell items. There may be several & most, if not all, are probably unnecessary.
Look for DMX in particular & uncheck from starting.

As to auto starting I.E.
Add a shortcut to the Startup folder of your Start menu.

How do i go about adding a shortcut to the start up folder of my start up menu .

Right click on the I.E. icon under All Programs

Holding the right click drag the icon to the Startup file > ( ... )

Release the right click & choose: Create Shortcut Here
