Right now I have a real concern, and I think dell has me black listed, every time I get them, I go on hold and no one returns

, sometimes when this thing starts, it gets stuck and it starts making a high pitched sound from the tower, hapened twice so far, and after a couple of cotrol/alternate deletes, it goes ok, I'm afraid it my happen when no one is here, and don't know if it is a good idea to leave it shut off; everything is minor to me right now because this is scary to me; can't be right
