How Do I stop this Error message? . Runtime Error - Do you want to debug

How do i stop this error message keep happening, I find it mainly happens on forums like this , but also some other sites.

sure there is a check next to "Disable script debugging" and there is NO
check next to "Display a notification about every script error."
