hi i am currently useing firefox which blocked all popups nicely untill a week ago when i started geting ie windows appering with adds in. does anyone know what ive got to do to get rid of that cos ive virus scaned, cheecked for spyware and cleaned my registry useing some frree software but it still happens so anny ideas on how to fix this.
You can't remove I.E. from XP. Besides you'll need I.E. to get updates for XP. As for posting your HJT log here if you read the sticky at the top of this forum they perfer you post the log in the Spyware Adware and Virus forum.
