I am working on photographs which I have loaded from my camera. I open a picture in My Documents at one level, and behold, a folder called "My Documents" exists at at least 3 levels and two different places at the same level!. The senseless same-naming doubles and triples the time I need just to re-save a picture where it belongs.
What files/folders can be tossed in order to get just one level and location of MY Documents? What insane asylum did the inventor of XP escape from?
Each user can see his documents in the 'My Documents' folder, but if they go
to C:\Documents and Settings' they will see directories for all the
different users, and within each user directory there is a directory called
'My Documents' which is that users documents.
Also perhaps:
Right click "My Documents" folder on the Desktop -- Properties -- Restore Default.
