I keep getting a message saying "runtime to terminate it in an unusual way"contact applicants supp team.It is a tiny so I have a problem straight away.The other thing is I can,t seem to get microsoft works to let me type ,any help would be much appreciated I am stuck.

Is that the exact error message?

As Jaynee points out that error "runtime to terminate it in an unusual way" always follows a specific application or: "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way"

The question being which application are you using when you receive this error?

Microsoft Works?

The actual message says c\programme~\yaplock.exe which means nothing to me cos I don,t have a clue about computors.It would say "run time error" and "microsoftvisualc+t runtime library. I phoned ntl and they said get on to tiny but it just rang and rang.Since I got on this web site it hasn,t come up again I did a reinstall so I,m hoping it will be ok now. The other problem I can,t fix is not being able to type anything ,my granddaughter is writing a story and we can,t get it to type we go into microsoft works but it just won,t do anything the icon flashes but won,t move any ideas? I think Yaplock is an encryption tool for AOL and yahoo messenger.
Can you type in microsoft works if you go into safe mode?
