what is with this mouse?

My mouse has been acting crazy lately. Actually its the cursor, moving in large and small spastic jerks on the screen with my hand perfectly still on the mouse. It is hard to control the motion of the cursor at all. Does anybody else ever have this happen? How do you fix it? Can you? This is a basic mouse with rollers, BTW.

Re: what is with this mouse?

Roller mouse is dead! Rollers lost control of internal commands to computer, apparently. Has been replaced with Intellimouse, a laser drivn model, it seems. Total control of cursor motion is restored.
Out with the old, in with the new! Long live Intellimouse! Thanks anyway.

Re: what is with this mouse?

Glad you got it sorted. Laser mice Rule!

Let us know if we can help further in the future!
