help!!...everytime computer starts a black screen pops up... window name..dl.exe

hello..im new here...

theres a problem wit our windows xp....a screen keeps popping up....its black with the name dl.exe....also while using the internet (DSL) we keep getting disconnected..so the only way to run the browser is to keep refreshing the page....pls help....dl.exe

dl.exe is a file associated with the W32.Bagz@mm worm.
