Question Connecting to Internet

I have a second computer at my sisters house with Windows XP.
The system was working fine with both Browsers ( IE 6 and Firefox ).
For some reason now Niether Browser will connect to the Internet.
According to Comcast (my ISP, the modem is connected and working fine).

Can someone PLEASE HELP me?

Re: Connecting to Internet

Any new software or hardware etc.?

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to this issue: start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | System Restore

What happens with the browsers? Any error message? What is the behavior?

Comcast has determined that your connection to them is good?

You can also get info from start/run cmd then type: ipconfig /all

This will show your connectivity to Comcast. If you want to post it right click in the cmd box & Select All then use Ctrl C to copy. Then paste in notepad for yourself or in a reply here.
