Thank you for your kind assistance, however I think the problem is more profound.
First may I apologise for this huge post but I am including a supposed 'fix' from Corel to warn forum members of this problem. Also I would like to advise members not to deal with PCNext and the Zoostrom 4400+ as I have sent numerous emails to their technical support department about this and a similar issue and had not a single reply!!!!
I include below what Corel say, but also I have a similar problem with TurboCad Ver 11.0, so if you use either Paint Shop Pro X or possible TC Ver 11.0 stay axay fro the nVidia Geforce Inno3D graphics card!
I have tried to install PSPX (Corel) on my Zoostorm 4400+, unfortunately the program hangs during installation. I contacted Corel who provided me with a possible solution, this involved deleted a process (msciexec.exe) from the Windows Task Manager. I did this and the installation completed, however when I try to load the program it just hangs on the splash screen. I recontacted Corel and got the following reply:
Nvidia has been already made aware of this issue, which might be fixed in form of a patch, in the near future. We, until then, can not do anything, but giving you this temporary solution:
Please visit http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_78.01.html in order to downgrade your driver to a 78.01 until a solution has been introduced by NVidia.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Driver files should always be uninstalled before updating to newer drivers or when removing an older NVIDIA card and replacing it with a newer card. To uninstall your current NVIDIA Display Drivers from your system, follow these steps:
1) Go into your Control Panel
2) Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon
3) Depending on which driver version you are using, your graphics drivers may appear in differently in the list of programs installed.
-For older NVIDIA display drivers, it will be listed as "NVIDIA Windows Display Drivers". Click "Change/Remove" or "Add/Remove " button to remove the drivers from your system.
-For newer display drivers, it will be listed as "NVIDIA Drivers". Click "Change/Remove" or "Add/Remove" button to remove the drivers from your system. If your PC features other Windows components, then Windows will list the other NVIDIA components installed.
Choose "Remove only the following" and then click "NVIDIA Display Driver" and finally click on the "Remove" button.
4) Confirm with Windows that you wish to continue with the uninstall
Note: A prompt appears asking whether you want to delete all of the saved nView profiles. If you click Yes, all of the nView software and all of your saved
profiles will be deleted. If you click No, the nView software is removed, but the profile files are saved in the Windows\nView directory on your hard disk. If you take advantage of the nView profiles, you may wish to keep your custom nView profiles.
Once the driver files have uninstalled, Windows will request that you restart your computer to complete the uninstallation.
Alternatively you can visit http://www.medion.co.uk or http://www.medion.com and navigate to the driver download site. Here you will be prompted to enter your graphic card serial number which will allow you to download a patch that will, according to Medion, fix the issue.

I would prefer not to downgrade the drivers as I wish to interfere with my computer as little as possible (it is just 1 week old). Do you know a better solution, perhaps an upgraded driver someone may have tested in a similar machine?
I apologise for the length of this post and again reiterate my advice on no account buy anything from PCNext day!
Having a miserable experice with my new computer
