Windows Media Player

i can't access WMP i've checked the program access and everything but when i press any shortuct s 2 wmp it does absolutely nothing please help me!!!! :

I would suggest uninstalling/reinstalling via Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Add/Remove Windows Components

unclick it and apply then reclick it and apply.

If this doesn't help try installing WMP 10 on top:
