HI I AM HAVING LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH popups and my home page settings keep changing. also cannot access registry, comes up with window stating another program is using registry.

i have nortom anti virus on 24/7, i also have all the updates for windows, and sp 2. so what is my problem, can anyone help please.

You need to go here http://www.d-a-l.com/help/spyware-adware-viruses-hijackthis-logs/ and read the instructions and then post a hijack log in that section.
