ad ware se

gi i have downloaded adware as suggest to help sort out problim i have, and it is a zip file with extension defs.ref but when i extract it all a get is nonsense in note pad can you help me to run the program please.

The best way is to make a folder for it all, extract to there and then run the setup.exe.

hi there sorry maynot have explained, i have hijack software, but it is the adware se that i am having trouble with i have downloaded the file but it has the extention .ref so when i open i just get rubbish does not run a software package at all.

Are you sure you have downloaded the correct file? Delete the old one and try again from this link.
