StuckPothead Is a beginner here at D-A-L
Unhappy Theme Instead Of My Welcome Screen Help!

i downloaded a theme and installed it ....then i deleted after i decided i didnt want it anymore. now everytime i start my comp the theme for the welcome screen wont go away thats the only thing that didnt get deleted or something i need help!!

Have you tried resetting or changing your XP theme via start > Control Panel > Display > Themes

yes ive also tryed that and it still wont let me change it. ive deleted every possible file i can find for that theme but its still there on start up.

I Still Cant Find Where Its Located So I Can Delete It.....would Reinstalling Windows Xp Get Rid Of It?

A Clean Install should definitely get rid of it and everything else on the partition.

A Repair Install will most likely get rid of it and leave your programs and settings intact.
