please could u tell me the difference between windows xp sp2 and windows xp sp2 Corporate edition ? thanx

There is XP Home; XP Pro; XP Media Edition; XP Pro x64

The latest version of each is SP2.

If a disk or system is labeled Corporate it is either a Volume Licensing version purchased and installed by a corporation (this would be XP Pro) or (if it is for sale) a pirated version.

i am using windows xp pro sp2 ... are there any extra features in the windows xp sp2 pro corporate edition that is not there in windows xp sp2 pro edition ?

No. They are the same. A Corporate edition is just a Volume Licensing version rather than an individual license.
