WhenUSave

I searched the help forums before posting this, nothing came up. After installing crap cleaner it only took aminute to notice the WhenUSave program listed in startup. I've removed this once before (or so I thought it was removed). Am I totally off base, seems like it should be more well know , judging by the Google response. ??? Thanks
