Re: listening to radio?

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware and or software?

What is the exact make and model of the computer?

The manufacturer's web site most likely has Audio drivers for it.

Re: listening to radio?

Try looking in control panel > sounds and audio devices > hardware. Find your audio device and click troubleshoot.
