Please Heeeeeelp. cd/dvd tray keeps opening randomly!

I am praying that someone can help me. Everytime I surf the internet, and change pages, my cd and dvd trays open and close randomly. I have searched for virus's etc and found nothing. Has anyone else had the same problem, this is really giving me a headache. I hope to hear from you experts soon! Satts

I have heard problems like this before it maybe virus related

try running your antivirus in safe mode.

Then please follow the instructions Read This First - IMPORTANT Instructions and then post your log in a new thread in the Spyware, Adware section. (Not here please).
