Green screen when I try to view a movie clip???
When I try to to view a movie clip, I get a green screen. I can hear the audio, but I can't see the video. Then I get an error message stating "Your video player may be experiencing problems. If you are having difficulty viewing the video, please visit our online help area."
This just recently started happening. I went to the Microsoft website and chatted with some person online who told me to contact Toshiba...but I don't think it has anything to do with Toshiba.
Any suggestions on what I should do to fix this?
